Klagor Posted October 23, 2013 Share Posted October 23, 2013 Hi there, Could you please help me to reactivate my account with the following information. a. your HelioHost username: grasmanb. the server your account is on: johnnyc. your HelioHost main domain: www.issf.com.au As soon as I receive an Email re suspension for inactivity, I tired to reactivate without success. I still receive Emails to my grasman account re Account Password Reset. I copied and pasted the provided reset code, but I can not reset my password and consequently can not access my account (cpannel). Your reply / help is greatly apprecated. Kind regards, Kla.
