I want my account is activated and finally with my domain, the data include:

There is no way around that time delay.

For new parked or add-on domains to become active, apache needs to be restarted. This is done at a certain time every day.

That is why you need to wait. Restarting apache for every single domain that is added for is simply not possible.

It is solved, my domain works in Stevie after parking it and wait 24 hours, and by the time the web I works pretty well, although I have to maintain while I test the service.
