It depends on what account you have and which server you are on. To find your particular login information follow these steps.

1. Log into your account at http://heliohost.org/
   
2. Under the "Files" header click the "FTP Accounts" icon.
   
3. Scroll down to the header "Special FTP Accounts" and click "Configure FTP Client" to the right of your username.
   
4. Use the username, domain, and port that is displayed in your FTP client. The password for this special account will be the same as your cPanel login that you used in step 1.
