simber33 Posted February 26, 2013 Share Posted February 26, 2013 I have no idea why my account is suspended, I haven't visited heliohost for about 10 days, and now I cannot reach my website... When I try to renew it says that my account is not found in the database. I do not know what went wrong. I really hope all my files are still on the website, I have had it for about 8 months now and a lot of work went into my website. I really hope I am able to get my account back.Kind regards,Simber. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server.
