[Solved] Suspended: Simber

I have no idea why my account is suspended, I haven't visited heliohost for about 10 days, and now I cannot reach my website... When I try to renew it says that my account is not found in the database. I do not know what went wrong. I really hope all my files are still on the website, I have had it for about 8 months now and a lot of work went into my website. I really hope I am able to get my account back.
