I'm not really good with coding, so I prefer the programs... Dreamweaver it's a little bit complicated, cuz I never really tried to learn how to use it... So... Frontpage is still the best to me

If your serious about scripting, the best thing to do is to learn the code and use notepad. That way you know exactly where to look if something goes wrong. Theres some nice programs that you can use to check your scripts for syntax errors, but thats as far as I would go as far as using programs to create the code for you.

I prefer notepad all the way.. that was the first program i ever used for web programming, and I stick with that, although i use wordpad from time to time because it is bigger and allows for more text and special characters. I don't like softwares that code for you because it is newbish in my opinion... if you call yourself a web designer, you should be able to hand code :)

I do evrything in notepad, and sence i can do everything, it may seem noobish to use DW, but im not a noob because i realy can. besides i only use DW to quickly make copies of files and chance the text easily.

i do find it complicated to look through an html file just to change aweomegamer

to awesomegamer

its just much faster for editing.

Notepad mostly, I rarely use DW or FrontPage (I get fustrated with it), and NVU if I feel lazy.

@awsomegamer: Yeah, it gets kinda annoying when you have to search for it, but now I label my sections off so I can easily find it when I need it (<a name="Side Bar, News Area, Banner, etc.">)
