I would like to inquire about the suspension of my account on HelioHost. As far as I know, my website never used up too many resources as it is basically a website for a server of a game, which just contains some useful information such as the staff of the server, a list of recently banned players as well as a chat externally hosted and a forum - we also never ran cron scripts or proxy software.

I also tried to re-activiate my account in case that was what caused the suspension, though I can assure you that I logged in quite a few times the past months, and the account renewal failed anyway as it cannot find my account in the database.

I never broke the Terms of Use, because, as stated earlier, the website was quite static, with the information being updated very rarely.

 

I am sure this is just a big mistake, and thus, I would like to get my account reactivated.

Keep your mail traffic under 50 mails, per day or you will be suspended again.

Thank you very much. I found out that a certain module in the forum caused an infringement of the maximum amount of emails allowed. I disabled it.
