Hello came to work on my site and its showing HelioHost Account Suspended. I didn't log in for over 30 days ( i think I logged i in

yesterday.) Any information about getting it back running please

I was being nice and input your username into the renew script, but it didn't take, so you were suspended for something besides inactivity, sorry.

 

EDIT:Or maybe it was inactivity, just read Krydos' post on another suspension. Either way, nothing I can do.

Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server.

 

If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
