Hello, I have been using your service for a while now and I have to say that it is the best free hosting service I have ever used! The only problem is that I recently tried to visit my website only to find a message in its place stating that my account has been suspended. I am extremely sorry I have broken a rule and I have no intentions of abusing your excellent service!

I was not aware of my account running cronjobs as I have never set any.

If you see anything under "Current Cron Jobs" delete it. Also, even if you have only one job set, if the frequency exceeds 2x in a 24 hr period you'll be suspended again.
