As Krydos said, you were warned before. This is your last chance to fix it. Please be sure to do so. And, if possible, I would recommend testing your site locally BEFORE uploading to HelioHost. Password Reset Password change cannot be completed: Account is currently suspended! Please contact the billing/support department. Please help
Tjoene Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 If you want your account to be unsuspended, you have to guarantee that you will fix the scripts that caused the problems on the server.You already have been warned twice on the same issue, and you didn't fix it. If we unsuspend your account, it will be for the final time. A next suspension will be permanent.We can not have that all the users are affected because of the poorly written scripts of a single user. Do you understand this? Also, if you to host your site on Heliohost, you need to change the NS-records from ns2.4besthosting.com and ns1.4besthosting.com to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org
