[Solved] Suspended: Zimmer

Hello HelioNet Team,

 

my account was suspended. I do not know why. I have configured only one python script which should run daily. This python script downloads one pdf-file which is at maximum 10 MB.

 

Is this not allowed? Can you reenable my account.
