spscwork Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Hi, I just noticed that on my posts, above my name "Newbie" has changed to "Rank I Member", could someone tell me how the ranking works. Also I've noticed that some accounts have 'Contributor' or 'Support Admin', could someone tell me what these titles mean. Krydos Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 "Contributer" means that you have more than 20 (non spam) forum posts and requested wiki access."Moderator" means that you have been helpful enough to be promoted to a member of the Heliohost staff. They can moderate the forums and have access to the account database so they can suspend, unsuspend, delete, and other things like that."Admin" are the highest rank and have root access to all the servers.
