[Solved] Suspended: Snorbans

Hi, I think this account is suspended due to lack of use. I can't log in and when I request a password reset I get the email but the reset doesn't work (it gets stuck on the confirmation page).

I am only trying to unlock it so I can delete the account and move it to Stevie as I stopped using your service due to Johnny being unstable.

Please can you unblock/unsuspend or delete the account? I don't mind which.
