How do you make an incoming mailing server? I am facing issues...

All client configuration settings can be found in your cpanel at http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/mail/clientconf.html

 

(replace "stevie" with "johnny" if you are on Johnny)

It would seem there are possibly some errors with SMTP when accessing through webmail-like clients. See http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/13227-sending-an-email-error/ the topics might be related.

The link I posted was for the admins, in case there happens to be a larger issue.

Your settings are fine, however now I notice your email address and account ID are not the same. To used the address "admin@pacificnetwork.co.cc", you must create it through cPanel. The account ID and email address are the same.

 

Outgoing mail will work for any address, because scripts don't need a real email account to send messages. To receive replies, the account must be created. This is why you can send mail, not receive.
