[Solved] Cpanel Password Reset

I am able to reactivate my site (domain=hydratech.com) with my username but am not receiving a password reset email after requesting it with my username. Am I doing something wrong?

Please post the following information:

• Your cPanel username
  
• Your main domain
  
• The server that you are on

Domain=hydratech.com

Server=johnny (reasonably sure, based on nslookup since my notes have disappeared from the "safe" place I had them in)

I can reset your password but I'll have to send it to the email address you registered with. Will you get the email at that address since it's the same as your domain name?

That should work, unless something is somehow munged in my account profile.

Ok I've reset your password and emailed it to the email address you registerd your account with.
