Yes I tried that. The confirmation code you sent didn't work.

Neither the renew URL nor the confirmation code I was sent works. When I use the confirmation code all I get back is the screen to enter the confirmation code. When I try the renew link I get a message saying my account isn't found in the database. I also cleared my browser cache and still see these problems.

Some weirdness here. You reset my password for me last week, and the reset password worked fine. I just tried logging in again with the reset password and get a second login prompt after the cPanel prompt that wouldn't accept my password. So I tried resetting the password, got the email with the code, entered it, got the new password, and it didn't work either. I repeated this with the same result. Bottom line: I'm locked out again, and am no longer getting password reset emails when requested. I assume you only allow a fixed number of tries (probably a good thing). Is there a time delay before the new password "takes effect"? That's the only thing I can think of here? Still not sure why my password didn't work this time. I am able to reactivate my site (domain=hydratech.com) with my username but am not receiving a password reset email after requesting it with my username. Am I doing something wrong?

Sorry if I'm being a bit dense here. I've reviewed the wiki documentation and a fair number of posts in the forums but am not quite getting it. My username: swarner My default domain: hydratech.com Server: Johnny My domain hydratech.com is hosted with an external registrar. I don't want to move it from there. It also has other A records in it that I can't mess with. My current web site is hosted with an external hosting service. I want to move my site intact from that service to heliohost. I have a few questions: 1. Should I be using a parked domain here? Was I correct in requesting hydratech.com in heliohost when I signed up, or should I have requested something else (and can I change it)? 2. Will entering the NS records for heliohost's name servers, plus deleting my current A record for www.hydratech.com, be sufficient for www.hydratech.com to be resolved correctly? Thanks for helping out a newbie!
