Your account is not listed as queued, so this is posted in the incorrect forum.

 

To answer your question, your nameservers are not set to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org.

 

From co.cc, log in and select qsystem.co.cc. Click Set Up and select option 1 (Name Server). Enter ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org in the two boxes respectively. Allow 24-48 hours for the change to take effect.
