I've creaded the user account again with the same data (username, e-mail, password). Can you re-activate the account hosting data? Or let me recover the files and database. Byron Posted July 2, 2012 Share Posted July 2, 2012 Your account was not suspended but queued as inactive. You need to login to your cpanel at least once a month to keep your account up.
