When I tried to acces the cpanel today, I saw the account had diappeared. I've creaded the user account again with the same data (username, e-mail, password). Can you re-activate the account hosting data? Or let me recover the files and database.

Your account was not suspended but queued as inactive. You need to login to your cpanel at least once a month to keep your account up. I went ahead and reactivated your account. for you.
