Wizaard Posted June 28, 2012 Posted June 28, 2012 I want to park a domain such as (secondlevel.domain.co.cc) to a free .heliohost.org domain. I tried with one and two nameservers. I tried with a CNAME record and A record pointing to the shared IP address . I ended up viewing HELIOHOST ACCOUNT QUEUED message instead of my website. Server: johnnyUsername: gforcefo
cl58 Posted June 29, 2012 Posted June 29, 2012 Set the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org and allow 24-48 hours for the DNS to go through. Seeing a queued page for 24-48 hours after changing your domain is normal.
Wizaard Posted June 29, 2012 Author Posted June 29, 2012 The main domain (domain.co.cc) has A record to another hosting. If I understood right, I need something like this: domain.co.cc A xx.xx.xx.xxsub.domain.co.cc NS ns1.heliohost.orgsub.domain.co.cc NS ns2.heliohost.org Right?
Byron Posted June 29, 2012 Posted June 29, 2012 Did you give it at least 24 hours after you made any dns changes?
