HelioHost Posted June 25, 2012 Share Posted June 25, 2012 Due to unforeseen complications during a routine software upgrade on the Cody server some services were offline from approximately 11:00am PDT until 8:00pm PDT. None of the user accounts were affected in any way by this outage. However, new users were unable to create accounts, and existing users were unable to access to support forums. The Heliohost wiki was also offline during this period. Thanks to the hard work of the Heliohost admins the problem was quickly identified and the painstaking process of rebuilding key modified files was undertaken resulting in a full restoration of all core Heliohost services.
