Well, as i understood no nulled softwares allowed on heliohost.org. but what about phpBB free forum software? is is allowed to use on a subdoman?

Yes you can use phpbb on subdomains, like forums.yourdomain.extension

As anush said, all free software is allowed as you are using it legally. If you purchase a non-free software you are free to use that too, because it has been purchased.
