Hi all, i signed up on 05/19/2012, and i got a confirmation email:

Your hosting account at HelioHost has been added to the creation queue. Here is your account information:

Username: agluque (note: case sensitive!)

Domain: prosofti.heliohost.org

Control Panel URL: http://prosofti.heliohost.org/cpanel

But i get the "can't find host" error when trying to access my cpanel

I also tried to log in from heliohost homepage, but i get "could not find that username in the database"

 

What am i missing here ?

I'm not seeing that account in our data base. Try signing up again.
