Byron Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 Try using NS records instead of A records: ns1.heliohost.orgns2.heliohost.org
soerganda Posted May 21, 2012 Author Posted May 21, 2012 ok, ill try it. update :i have tried and there is no change, still down. i have checked here.http://freedns.afrai...am&submit=Trace something wrong?
Byron Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 It takes at least 24 hours for you to see the changes. Give it 24 hours and then check.
soerganda Posted May 21, 2012 Author Posted May 21, 2012 ok bro. just ask, is stevie having problems now? because everything is okay when i using A Record before.
stgeorge Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 @soerganda I am on Stevie and have been working on a site today. I keep getting 500 errors but it does not last long. A few seconds later and page refresh sorts it. Looking at the monitor it seems that volume is high. The service is a little intermittent today. So your site should be up by now.
Byron Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 What do you have as your index page in your public_html folder?
stgeorge Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 @byron If that was a question to me then it is a php install, Joomla 1.5 index.php I have Custom Error Pageshtaccess enabled
Byron Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Did you remove the A Records from this domain (blacknote.aa.am) after you added the NS? @stgeorge, my question was to soerganda.
