forrestt
Hello, members of the HelioNet forums. I signed up for the Johnny server yesterday (~24 hours ago) yet whenever I go to the links they gave me it just comes up with a DynGuide page. I registered using my own top level domain (www.fiocraft.net) and it said that I can access it via www.fiocraft.net/cpanel However, when I go to either of these addresses, I just get the DynGuide page. I purchased my domain through Namecheap, and have pointed it at ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org (also ~24 hours ago). When I check the email that I got from HelioHost and click the button to check the status of my account, the page reads as follows: "Either we could not find that account in the database, or it has already become active. If you're seeing an 'Account' page, please wait an additional 24 hours. If you aren't seeing anything, please refresh your browser's cache."Queued I don't think it has anything to do with my cache, but to be sure I emptied it anyways and nothing has changed. Is it possible that because I registered with HelioHost as "www.fiocraft.net" instead of just "fiocraft.net" that it messed something up?
cl58
It seems to be working for me. Try clearing your cache again and retrying. It could have simply needed a little more time.
forrestt
I've completely reset my web browser and tried it again, still doesn't work. Does HelioHost have any problems with Safari? EDIT: Tried using Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox. No dice.
stgeorge
Have you done a whoIs:http://www.whois-sea...is/fiocraft.net It does not appear that the domain is pointing to Heliohost yet. It is irrelevant that HelioHost have a record of your domain:http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/dns-checker/ You must change the settings with your Registrar. Change the DNS and point it to:ns1.heliohost.orgns2.heliohost.org
