[Solved] Permission Denied In Dns Zone Editor && Domains Not Showing Up

I have two issues.

 

First, I can't seem to use the DNS zone editor (simple or advanced) both throw a "You don't have permission..." error.

 

Second, none of my previously made A and CNAME records show up in the editors, and neither do my subdomains or parked domains. They all still work fine, but they don't show up there.

Me too facing same issue. Also m not able to add any DNS record. I need it soon please look into it asap. Details :

domain : gourav.info

server : stevie

username : gourav

Admin may wish to merge the two.

 

I did not create A and CNAME records however, they are simply AddOn domains with the registrar pointing to:

ns1.heliohost.org

ns2.heliohost.org
