I have already been suspended just a week ago, because I was just setting up my email accounts through Outlook. But I stopped configuring it after my site was reactivated but now it's suspended again.

 

I just want to know what's causing the problem and will solve it asap.

I'm not sure what your problem was but you were suspended (again) for sending too many emails. Once more and you'll be suspended for good.
