Email Accounts Questions

Hi there, I am really noob at getting my email accounts to work on my Microsoft Outlook 2010. My site got suspended because of it and is now active. Now I still dunno how to set-up one. I tried following the Manual steps on the cpanel but didn't get it to work. I also don't know what to do with the registry keys.

 

I would just like to ask a tutorial on how to set it up on Outlook 2010.

i have not tried to set up account in outlook but i think you must google it or check in youtube.
