We hope that you have not deleted our account as we would like a chance to fix the problem that caused your system to place the site 'www.dope-sheet.com' under suspension.Noticing the other suspended users 'Posts' on 'Heliohost' it seems like you do give some users a chance of success to regain control over their site.With respect can we not be deleted as we are acting as quick as possible to address any problems before files have been deleted, 3-6 months of hard work gone before we could back up fully is not the kindest thought.So please reinstate our site & we will not break any terms, rules or regulations (even though we still don't know what the problem is yet).

Hope to get a resolution on this if possible.
