Hi,

I have been using another free host with a very basic website for some time. Recently I added a forum and blog software which resulted in a daily "exceeded cpu limit" message, despite very little traffic. This "limitation" is not documented on the hosts features and clearly this is how they encourage people to upgrade.

My question is: Are there any similar (or indeed same) limitations here please?

Many thanks,

Mike.

We do not have concrete limits, but we do have a strict policy against server abuse. Abusing the server is unfair to other users as it harms everyone's websites. If you do abuse the server, your account will be suspended. If you agree to reduce server usage, you may have a second chance, but a repeat offense may lead to a longer or permanant suspension. The best way to see if you will overuse system resources is simply to try and see.

Also, please familizarize yourself with our Terms of Service to make sure you are not liable to be suspended.

Thank you for using HelioHost.
