tablecat Posted April 2, 2012 Share Posted April 2, 2012 I have been trying to access my website at http://tablecat.co.cc/ and it seems to have gone missing. This is not the usual downtime I experience, I've never seen this 404 page turn up before. The default domain http://ipyo.heliohost.org/ turns up nothing. Then I tried to log in through cPanel through heliohost.org and it tells me that my username does not exist in the database. This is very alarming. tablecat Posted April 2, 2012 Author Share Posted April 2, 2012 Yes, I did. A month or so ago my website was temporarily suspended for inactivity, but I was able to reactivate it without any issues. We cannot back up every users website because we do not have the resources. I hope that you have a backup of your site so you have not lost anything. If you choose to leave HelioHost, we would miss you, but I would understand. If there was anything I could do, I would, but I cannot. I apologize again on behalf of HelioHost.
