On the news page (here) it says that a memory test is being run on Stevie, and that it should be back up in 12 hours or so.

However, Stevie has now been down for about 2-3 weeks.

Can we please have an update?

That's the "news" from December 2011:

http://www.helionet....or-maintenance/

Stevie works fine recently. So it may be that either only you have problem with accessing the server OR there something wrong only with your website.

@ admins:

There should be a date/time provided in these news on main page, without such information it may lead to confusion, as we can see at the moment: 12 hours from when, for example?

Status of Stevie is displayed incorrectly, indeed. There is a topic about it on the forums, but obviously if you (or anyone) are not a frequent visitor of these forums, you may not spot it and base only on (currently incorrect) information provided on the main page.

For me it looks like your account does not exists. There are no DNS records for "moth3r.heliohost.org" domain name on HelioHost nameservers and I can not find "moth3r" username on the list of existing accounts (either on Stevie or on Johnny). As I can see that back in November you had an issue with the account being suspended (and then unsuspended by admins) it's possible that something similar happend again and after some period of time account has been automatically deleted.

However as I am not the admin all I can do is speculate. More informations you can get from admins only.

Thanks for the clarification.

Another thing that confused me was that on the home page, Server Status section on the bottom left hand corner, Stevie is shown with a red cross.

So if Stevie is up, why is my site (http://moth3r.heliohost.org/) not accessible?

There is a problem with our display. Stevie is up and my site (http://thehassan.tk/) is working.
