Advance Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 We recently received a notification by e-mail that said “Your hosting account at HelioHost is about to expire […] as a result of account inactivity.” Thing is, I *have* logged in to cpanel several times in the past few weeks. Could someone please check the account, and if it is indeed scheduled for suspension, set it not to be—or at least extend the grace period until this can be sorted out? I am concerned that we’ll suddenly lose access just when we need it. Thanks for your attention. (P.S. I got several “internal server error” pages while trying to register and post here.) P.P.S. Advance Posted February 7, 2012 Author Posted February 7, 2012 Thanks for the suggestion, but the above didn't have to do with anything I saw in a browser window. At any rate, we have not received any more warnings, and our account did not get suspended. From further reading it appears the problem was that I was logging in to cpanel directly, having bookmarked one of its site-administration pages, rather than through the form at the bottom of the HelioHost front page. I will make a point of taking the latter route at least once per month. Thanks again for your attention.
