[SOLVED] Not Able To Create Mysql Database

Hi,

 

I had created my account in heliohost a few days back. I can access the website, use control panel, add / update files etc. But I'm unable to create a MySQL database. Whatever name I try to give for the database, it gives an error saying "There was a problem creating the database." "That database name already exists.". Actually, there is no database. The control panel shows that "There are no databases associated with your account".

 

Can somebody please assist me in this?

 

My site is: http://champakulampalli.heliohost.org/ and my username is champa. It is on stevie.
