Hello everyone!

I have registered on heliohost recently and I need to have non-english characters on my website. When I try to insert such characters and save file in html editor it gives out error and such characters are displayed in browser like that:

Трололо

Found how to solve it, html editor by default puts this line:

"meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=us-ascii" /"

us-ascii doesn't support anything but english. Next question is how to change html editor setting to make it not use this line?

To avoid loss of data, I would recommend editing your files locally and uploading them to the server. Then this line will not be added and you have a backup.

Also, it is not possible to edit cPanel's HTML editor for one user. I don't know what the admins think about this though...

I know that the code editor has an option to change the encoding of a file upon opening it.
