Deadgit Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 Hello, im unable to login and i don't know why my domain www.stgmodz.co.cc is not working...and im unable to login to the cpanel do you know whats happening? am i banned/suspended? whats happended or isit because i was a little inactive, because i was trying decide what to put on my site And server is johnny i beleive!

maths222 Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 You need to point your nameservers in your domain control panel to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. If you need help with that, just ask me and I will type up the procedure.

Byron Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 No you don't have to use that domain. You could change the domaimn or add a Parked Domain. If I reset your password and email it to the address you registered with, will you get it?

maths222 Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 co.cc has blocked HelioHost nameservers. I use co.cc as well, and I have send them a message asking why it is blocked. I will post again if I recieve a response. Otherwise, maybe you should set up a .cz.cc domain and have your co.cc domain redirect to the cz.cc one. @admins Do you know why co.cc blocked our nameservers?

maths222 Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 Logins work fine, co.cc has stopped accepting heliohost nameservers, so sites are inacessable.
