a. HelioHost username: jseifert

b. Server account is on: Johnny

c. HelioHost main domain: jeffreyseifert.heliohost.org

I figured out that my account had been deleted and that I needed create a new one. I signed up again on Johnny, but my main page still shows the account queued page and I can't still log in cpanel (user account not found in database).

This is the second time I asked for a new account to be created. When I first checked the queue it said fourth in line, and when I checked the queue later, my request was no longer there. But when I try to log into cpanel it says "user account not in database."

This appears to be the same problem that user Infatex had, so I am hoping you can fix this for me, like you did his account. I think something is wrong with the new user account creation script.

Thanks,

Jeffrey Seifert

Thank you for confirming that the account does not exist. What do you suggest I do? I've tried to create this account twice now to no avail. Shall I just keep trying over and over again?

Okay, so how do I get the attention of an admin? The last one confirmed the account didn't exist then apparently dashed. My site has been down for three weeks now, and I've been trying to recreate my account for over 10 days.

I understand, I just hope that someone eventually sees it. Looking over the other posts, admins seem to visit the forums often. I would think something like a non-working creation script would get a little more attention.

All the admins are from the US (except JJE, he's from the UK).

So please note the time difference.

They will take a look into the problem as soon as they can.

I'm moving it because the problem is not a Queued or Suspended account.

Right now, cPanel is currently looking into the problem. They ran a memory test and determined that further investigation will be required.
