jseifert263 Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 a. HelioHost username: jseifertb. Server account is on: Johnnyc. HelioHost main domain: jeffreyseifert.heliohost.org I figured out that my account had been deleted and that I needed create a new one. I signed up again on Johnny, but my main page still shows the account queued page and I can't still log in cpanel (user account not found in database). This is the second time I asked for a new account to be created. When I first checked the queue it said fourth in line, and when I checked the queue later, my request was no longer there. But when I try to log into cpanel it says "user account not in database." This appears to be the same problem that user Infatex had, so I am hoping you can fix this for me, like you did his account. I think something is wrong with the new user account creation script. Thanks,Jeffrey Seifert
demizide Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 So it's starting to happen on Johnny, too. It started on Stevie maybe a week ago, that's why sign ups on Stevie are down.
jseifert263 Posted December 12, 2011 Author Posted December 12, 2011 Thank you for confirming that the account does not exist. What do you suggest I do? I've tried to create this account twice now to no avail. Shall I just keep trying over and over again?
jseifert263 Posted December 12, 2011 Author Posted December 12, 2011 Third attempt did not appear to work either. No longer in the creation queue, but username not found in database.
maths222 Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 I am guessing the scripts or cPanel are corrupted. Johnny signup never fills, and several people have reported that their account never was created. 1
jseifert263 Posted December 13, 2011 Author Posted December 13, 2011 Okay, so how do I get the attention of an admin? The last one confirmed the account didn't exist then apparently dashed. My site has been down for three weeks now, and I've been trying to recreate my account for over 10 days.
maths222 Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 Admins should look here eventually and respond. Remember, this is not their job-they have a life.
jseifert263 Posted December 13, 2011 Author Posted December 13, 2011 I understand, I just hope that someone eventually sees it. Looking over the other posts, admins seem to visit the forums often. I would think something like a non-working creation script would get a little more attention.
Tjoene Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 All the admins are from the US (except JJE, he's from the UK).So please note the time difference. They will take a look into the problem as soon as they can.
jseifert263 Posted December 15, 2011 Author Posted December 15, 2011 Moving thread? Is that good or bad? These short answers really don't tell me anything. Where was it moved to? It appears to be in the same forum.
Guest xaav Posted December 15, 2011 Posted December 15, 2011 I'm moving it because the problem is not a Queued or Suspended account.
jseifert263 Posted December 30, 2011 Author Posted December 30, 2011 Is anyone out there? Going on 20 days and still no resolution.
Guest xaav Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 Right now, cPanel is currently looking into the problem. They ran a memory test and determined that further investigation will be required.
