RoujoImagi Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 I have recently added a couple of zones to my psychose.co.cc domain. However, the DIG DNS checker shows that ns1 doesn't have that record, but ns2 does. To check this, I created a test.roujo.heliohost.org A record, pointing to Google's DNS servers. The same issue arises: ns1 has no idea the record exists, but ns2 does. Is there something I can do to fix this? Is it just a matter of time, or is it an anomaly? Thank you for your support,~ Roujo
Guest xaav Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 Hello, It appears that the issue has resolved itself. cPanel is easily corrupted, due to the nature of it's storage system, so we have a few cron jobs that run daily to fix this issue. By the time 24 hours has passed, the domain should be in all of our nameservers.
RoujoImagi Posted December 4, 2011 Author Posted December 4, 2011 I see. I still have this issue, but I'll see if it gets solved automagically after 24 hours and report back here. =) Thank you!~ Roujo
Guest xaav Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 http://psychose.co.cc/ is not having this issue anymore, according to http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/dns-checker/ .
RoujoImagi Posted December 4, 2011 Author Posted December 4, 2011 I'm not talking about psychose.co.cc, I'm talking about home.psychose.co.cc. It's supposed to resolve to my IP adress, but ns1 doesn't seem to be aware of that. ns2, however, works fine. log.psychose.co.cc, which is supposed to CNAME to home.psychose.co.cc, has the same problem. ~ Roujo
RoujoImagi Posted December 4, 2011 Author Posted December 4, 2011 Yep, I can confirm this. Thank you for the support! =D ~ Roujo
