Snooze Posted November 4, 2011 Posted November 4, 2011 Hi, I couldn't login to cPanel; the response was "We're sorry, but we could not find that username in the database." However, I was able to log into Heliopanel (yah!!!). Don't believe my account has been suspended as I have accessed account within last 30 days (but my memory could be playing tricks on me).
