I have just tried to install drupal 7 which use the php platform. It's difficult to find a good theme, but it has many modules that provides wysiwyg editor, dropdown menus, linking between several pages (book) .., but it does not have flash support yet.

I haven't tried another platform than php, but I was thinking .asp (microsoft visuel ...).

What works best for a nice flash website or similar with dynamic content ?

If you're interested in heliohost users preferences in CMS you could check out this thread http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=9345 I have personally used joomla with flash content successfully. I don't know a lot about it, but rumours suggest that drupal might be having a lot of issues with their development team. If you do decide to use .asp make sure your account is located on johnny since stevie doesn't support it.
