I received an email that said "Your hosting account at HelioHost has been suspended as a result of account inactivity.......etc."

I clicked the link in the email but it said "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive....etc."

I can't log into my cpanel account and I can't renew using the renew page.

 

An admin in another topic told me refresh my cache and then fix the database error my page says, but I can't log in via cpanel or ftp. So I can't fix the problem.
