James Harris Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 Hi, I wanted to move server from johnny to stevie. I followed the process at http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account I deleted the account from johnny about a week ago, I guess. When I try to recreate the account on stevie I get told "We're sorry, but that username has already been taken. Please go back and enter a different username." The username (pldev) seems to still exist. If I try to reset its password I get sent an email. When I enter the confirmation code I get told "Password change cannot be completed: Account is currently suspended! Please contact the billing/support department." What's happening? Is the account suspended pending deletion and should I just wait longer for the original account to be deleted? Or is there some other step(s) I should take? TIA, James
