  1. Hi, I recently created an account on johnny: username: phantom domain: phantom.co.cc I copied a couple of web pages to my webspace, however, when I tried to access my site earlier today from within my local browser, I received a message indicating no such site exists. But when I tried to access my account via the cpanel on the heliohost home page, I was able to view my file manager and access my email. When I checked again, some time later, I was now able to access my site without any problems. However, I have just returned to check my site, and I appear to have the same problem I encountered earlier in the day. Please could you let me know what might be the cause of this problem? Has my account not been set up correctly? Have I not correctly configured my settings? Or is it just a case of heavy traffic on the servers? Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. G
