hello i donated for tommy and got abidq.heliohost.org. i was busy for a couple of months, so couldn't login. now i want to use my site, but i couldn't find it or login....when i click reset password, it says incorrect email. please fix. note: also i had updated my contact info on tommy server (on jan 31 2017) cpanel to abidrajja@gmail.com and abidbioinf@gmail.com. so plz send reset info to any of these emails.

Hi, I am starting a new topic because the previous one that I started was locked prematurely. see: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/14846-suspended-ablaty/ One of the admin's said he/she would re-activate my account, but my site still isn't up. I have tried clearing my cache and accessing it from a different computer, neither works. Thanks, Alex

Hi, I seem to be unable to login to my account. I received an inactivation notice on December 12, 2013, but I thought I re-activated my account. It looks like my site has been down since Feb. 6th, 2013. I tried re-activating it again and it said my account wasn't found or wasn't inactive. I also tried a password reset (in case I had the wrong password), but never got the reset email. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Alex
