is it possible to remove those inactive account to claim back cpanel?
 

Maximum Users Exceeded.

The number of users on the server exceeds the maximum number of allowed users for your host server.

Like those account with 0 visitor each month. Then send a 3 months warning email their account may get removed。
In the final date, email them a backup of their account data

Heliohost has been a great services for the community. So many of us appreciated for this project, because of this amazing project, it got us a chance to complete our site.

Park Domain is now called Alias. It's definitely available...http://tommy.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/paper_lantern/park/index.html

There was an error when the system attempted to create the alias. Park::park(anotherurl.com) failed: (XID 3mgjsb) A DNS entry for “anotherurl.com” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.

I tried "Addon Domain", it only allow to add subdomain? I thought addon domain is use to add anotherurl.com

Tommy seem like can't change theme, and is Park Doman feature is gone?
