Hi, I haven't used my account in a while and it seems that I forgot my password. I've tried to reset the password but when I click on the link in the mail it goes to the cPanel and nothing happens, even if I re-enter the code from the mail by hand. I have checked my account status and it says it is active. Would it be possible to reset my password manually? My username is "pingpong". An answer would be appreciated, thanks in advance!
