I wanted to make some files downloadable from the public_ftp folder in my website folder. How do you make it so that when a link is clicked on the site, this file will download without having to sign into my ftp account?

the most pages i have ever had opened of cpanel is 3, and yes i cleared wordpress and re-downloaded and uploaded it to make sure it wasn't causing the problem. It works again now, thank you. EDIT: It seems to vary though, for example now i have one cpanel tab open and it will only allow me to load the admin dashboard for word press

My main website directory will load (eg. example.com) but my sub directories will not load and result in a 500 error. If this is due to server load then i understand, I just want to make sure it is not something else.

I have installed some perl modules to my site but how do I run them?

I was going to change the name but now I am deleting it but can you tell me anyways this is puzzling me, I have been wondering this for a while and its almost like trivia, i need to know the answer.

I just realized that I have a heliohost hosting account and that I wasn't using it. I remember how it is free hosting and that I am taking space. I would like you to cancel both my hosting account my forums account and erase everything under those two account off your server. The user name for both is gilgolf. I would like this is happen as soon as convenient. Thank you. Sending me a email confirmation would be fine as well.
