  1. Hi guys,

I have (had) an accout in Tommy, but during down time I didn't move to Ricky.

Since when Tommy is back I cannot receive e-mails, the following message appear:

No mx record found for domain=luan.heliohost.org

I need wait to my accout in Tommy get back to configure MX records and receive e-emails again?

    Regards,

    Luan

  2. I try to generate certificate by myself but I get:

    Error: Certificate signature failed. Please start back at Step 1. { "type": "urn:acme:error:rateLimited", "detail": "Error creating new cert :: too many certificates already issued for: heliohost.org", "status": 429 }
  3.

I had to create a new username, and using the old domain. Apparently the old username was in use in Helionet, can it be the cause of problem?

Yes, we usually change the forum username temporarily to allow you to use your old username.

I understand. Well even with new username I think I will not have problems.

    Thanks for help.

  4.

When was the last time you tried signing up with that user name?

I tried yesterday night. Is possible join with other username and keep the domain "luan.heliohost.org" ?

You should be able to signup with both that same username and domain name: http://bybyron.net/helio/sign-up.php

If for some reason that username doesn't work, then yes try a different username with the same domain name.

  5. I did this procedure,
But in backup file luan_luan.sql it is ike the database was empty... Then when I import there are no tables or data.

I think I may lost everything. I made the backup in 11/07/2016, I think in this day I couldn't access the database.

You'll have to restore those databases from your most recent backup.

    To restore your backup
