I used the script in http://heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain to change main domain and then point .br domain to my account.

I but i noticed that my old domain luan.heliohost.org is not there. Is possible to add luan.heliohost.org again and keep the luan.eng.br domain. My account is luanreis.

I have an automatic reply for contact page. I think it cause an erroneous spam notification. I gonna remove it and check.

I have (had) an accout in Tommy, but during down time I didn't move to Ricky.

Since when Tommy is back I cannot receive e-mails, the following message appear:

No mx record found for domain=luan.heliohost.org

I need wait to my accout in Tommy get back to configure MX records and receive e-emails again?

I try to generate certificate by myself but I get:

I have the same problem with my site https://luan.heliohost.org, it shows that certificates expired yesterday.

The username is now available.
But it keep showing that the domain luan.heliohost.org is not available.

Done.

I am triying signup now in Tommy, but it showns that username and domain are not available.

I have another account in the forum, with username luanreis, if possible delete it too.

Is needed to wait a while?

Yes, we usually change the forum username temporarily to allow you to use your old username.

You should be able to signup with both that same username and domain name: http://bybyron.net/helio/sign-up.php

 

If for some reason that username doesn't work, then yes try a different username with the same domain name.

I am trying signup on Johnny with that username (luan) but it showns that username is not available.

I also want to move from Stevie to Johnny,

Thanks for the support. I will schedule backups to avoid problems in future.

I did this procedure,
But in backup file luan_luan.sql it is ike the database was empty... Then when I import there are no tables or data.

I think I may lost everything. I made the backup in 11/07/2016, I think in this day I couldn't access the database.

You'll have to restore those databases from your most recent backup.

To restore your backup

• Go to http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/sql/index.html
• Create the database names you listed.
• Go to http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php
• Select the databases in the left navigation pane that you created in step 2 one by one.
• Click the 'import' button along the top of the screen.
• Click 'choose file' and find the backup on your hard drive.

I am facing problems to connect to one database. When I try connect it says that database don't exist, and I can't see it in PHPMyAdmin.

I deleted the users and created new ones. And I also changed the cPanel password, but I still cannot access the database.
