Hi,

Usually we could access to the webmail account trought CPanel. Now that CPanel is down, can we access it some other way?

I think CPanel used some external services, like Roundcube. But If I try to enter directly in Roundcube (i.e. https://webmail.supremecluster.com/?_task=login) with my old CPanel credentials (Heliohost username and password), it doesn't work.

I downloaded my backup, and now I would like to recreate an account on Tommy.

 

I donated a small amount time ago (when Tommy started, I think... I can retrieve the details if needed). It's enough for having an invitation?

I don't know what happened... I mistook the password just once while connecting to cPanel...

Maybe it was Netbeans (time ago I used to write my webpage with it) trying to synchronize with a wrong password?

I would like to use on Tommy, as a primary domain, a domain that was configured as an addon domain on Stevie (I can discard the old primary domain, it doesn't matter).

 

Please, can you delete my old Stevie account and release, if necessary, my domains?
