Hi, Usually we could access to the webmail account trought CPanel. Now that CPanel is down, can we access it some other way? I think CPanel used some external services, like Roundcube. But If I try to enter directly in Roundcube (i.e. https://webmail.supremecluster.com/?_task=login) with my old CPanel credentials (Heliohost username and password), it doesn't work. Thank you in advance.

Hi, I had an account on Tommy before the crash. Username: arqueo I downloaded my backup, and now I would like to recreate an account on Tommy. I donated a small amount time ago (when Tommy started, I think... I can retrieve the details if needed). It's enough for having an invitation? Thanks in advance for the response.

I mistook the password just once while connecting to cPanel... Maybe it was Netbeans (time ago I used to write my webpage with it) trying to synchronize with a wrong password? Thanks in advance.

What's the domain your wanting to use so i can delete the dns records. Domain I want to use on Tommy: archaeologica.eu.org And please, delete the other one too: arqueologia.eu.org I don't know if it's necessary, but just in case in the future I would like to use it again. Thank you.

I received an invitation for Tommy, and I already have a Stevie account (user: arqueo). I would like to use on Tommy, as a primary domain, a domain that was configured as an addon domain on Stevie (I can discard the old primary domain, it doesn't matter). Please, can you delete my old Stevie account and release, if necessary, my domains? Thank you.
